During the course of my career I have counseled companies on a variety of business issues. As an entrepreneur and investor I have witnessed the importance of developing sound business strategies, structuring transactions and investments for the prudent assumption of risk and contingency planning. I have experienced the pressure of high stakes decision making and negotiations. My dual experience as a corporate attorney and well rounded business executive informs all my efforts on behalf of my clients.
Recent engagements and principal transactions have included the following:
- Advising a growing interactive marketing firm in the areas of business and corporate development (including strategic investments) as well as certain operations
- Advising portfolio companies of a micro-cap private equity fund in the areas of asset dispositions, maximization of residual legal rights and claims and operations
- Acquisition and development of a multifamily site in Westchester County, NY
- Advising private partnerships on the disposition of a portfolio of income producing properties
- Partnership with a European investment fund developing a new international hospitality brand
- Principal and Board member of private consumer products firm which grew sales from $15 million to $70 million during six-year investment holding period
- Acquisition and disposition of Westchester county medical office properties producing an equity IRR in excess of 50%
