An Unlikely Inspiration for Stoicism

I accompanied my son to his 3-year old checkup the other day. In our cry out loud society where everyone is empowered to complain about whatever irks them it was refreshing to see a little tyke accept his inoculations without a whimper or complaint. I wish more people could accept “painful” medicine without crying out loud to the rest of us.
